Broker source documents

Advanced Underwriters stores uploaded broker source documents so the application can parse, review, and preserve evidence for the analysis. Upload only documents you are authorized to process for that client or renewal.

Sensitive-data retention

During public free workspace use, sensitive uploaded source documents are retained for up to 30 days unless a workspace owner asks us to delete them sooner or a separate agreement says otherwise.

Default external AI posture

In the default Verified Source Review path, raw uploaded source documents are not sent to external AI providers. The product uses deterministic parsing and source review flows unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise.

Founder outbound campaign attribution

When an approved founder-outbound link is used, the browser retains its source, campaign, message variant, landing path, sample intent, and first-touch time for up to 30 days. The attribution is attached to the first workspace after verified signup and then removed from browser storage.

Activation milestones

For authenticated workspaces, we record the first time a sample starts, sample deliverables are generated, a source is uploaded, real deliverables are generated, checkout starts, and paid access is confirmed. Platform administrators receive campaign totals by message variant; the campaign report does not expose prospect-level browsing history.

Optional lifecycle messages

The signup choice for occasional product updates and onboarding tips is optional and unchecked by default. Transactional account messages do not depend on that choice, and lifecycle messages are sent only after explicit consent.

Public-site analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate public-site traffic measurement. Advanced Underwriters does not add outreach tracking pixels or create person-level public browsing histories for this campaign.

Account and deletion contact

For support, account access, workspace deletion, or source-file deletion requests, contact sales@advancedunderwriters.app. Include the workspace name and the email address used to access the workspace.

Security and compliance commitments

We do not make unsupported claims about formal security attestations, regulated health-data programs, browser-to-recipient encryption, dedicated hosting, isolated-model processing, or files staying entirely within a customer-controlled environment. Any such commitment must be published by Advanced Underwriters or included in a signed agreement.
