Can I test a real renewal before choosing a paid plan?

Yes. A free workspace includes 10 lifetime broker source uploads and does not require a card. Your team can use authorized client files to evaluate the Documents, Review, Compare, and Deliverables workflow before upgrading.

What documents and data can my team bring into an analysis?

Bring supported PDF proposals, Excel or CSV loss runs, supporting spreadsheets, and broker assumptions. The workspace identifies unsupported, scanned, or oversized files so your team can narrow the package or provide a usable source format.

How do I verify extracted terms before they affect the recommendation?

Each extracted value that reaches Review includes its document, page or worksheet, and supporting evidence. Your team can edit, clarify, approve, or reject terms before they flow into Compare or Deliverables.

What can I hand to the client when the analysis is complete?

Create an editable Excel workbook and PowerPoint deck from the approved analysis. Your team chooses which programs appear in each file and can also prepare supported carrier application forms.

What happens to broker and client documents after upload?

Files stay in the browser until the broker confirms client authorization and removal of unnecessary personal information. Files are uploaded to Advanced Underwriters for parsing and review. After upload, TLS protects files in transit, Cloudflare-managed AES-256 encryption protects them at rest, and organization roles limit access.

Raw documents are not sent to external AI providers during standard source review. Authorized signed file links expire 15 minutes after issuance. Sensitive source files follow a 30-day retention schedule. See the vendor security review for the complete current controls.

Can producers, analysts, and admins work in the same workspace?

Yes. Organization roles and teammate invitations are available on Free, Plus, and Pro without plan-level seat caps. Workspace admins manage billing, while organization roles control access to broker files and analyses.

When should a brokerage choose Plus, Pro, or Enterprise?

Choose Plus for a steady workflow of up to 25 accepted source uploads per workspace and billing period. Choose Pro for customer-visible unlimited uploads subject to fair use. Enterprise adds managed multi-seat rollout plus custom workflow, template, security, and support terms.
